This is a boutique template written in the clinic’s editorial voice to make our data-handling practices easy to read. It has not yet been reviewed by a qualified Singapore lawyer. Who we are
At The Rehab Lab Plus, your trust matters as much as your recovery. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we look after it — in plain language, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

The Rehab Lab Plus is a physiotherapy clinic operating at 683 Tessensohn Road, #01-121, Singapore 210683. When we say "we" or "the clinic" on this page, we mean The Rehab Lab Plus. When we say "you," we mean anyone who uses this website or books a session with us.

What we collect
​We only collect what we need. That means: your name, contact details, date of birth, medical and injury history, insurance information (if relevant), and the notes your physiotherapist takes during your care.

On the website itself we log the usual analytics — the pages you view, the device you're on, and how you found us. We use this to make the site work better, not to build a profile of you.
How we use your information
Your clinical information is used to deliver your care. That includes your assessment, treatment planning, session notes, and any follow-up your physiotherapist arranges.

Your contact details are used to communicate with you about your appointment — reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups. Occasionally we may share clinic updates or seasonal notices; you can opt out at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We share it with third parties only when the law requires us to, or when you've asked us to (for example, sending a report to your insurer or referring doctor).
How we look after it
​Clinical records are kept in a secure electronic health records system with access limited to your treating physiotherapist and the client experience team supporting your care.

We keep records for the period required by Singapore's health regulations and then dispose of them securely. If you'd like a copy of what we hold on you, or want us to correct an inaccuracy, email us at admin@therehablabsg.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a small number of cookies to remember basic preferences and to give us anonymised usage analytics. No cookies are used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Your rights
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected, and to withdraw consent for uses that aren't part of delivering your care.
