FAQ

What most people ask before they book — grouped so you can find what matters to you and skip the rest. Anything not covered here, message us on WhatsApp.

01 · Getting started

Getting started.

  • No. You can book directly with the clinic on WhatsApp. A referral is only ever needed if your insurer specifically requires one — in which case we’ll flag it before your first visit.

  • WhatsApp is the fastest route — usually replied within the hour on weekdays. Tell us what’s going on and what you’re hoping to fix, and we’ll match you with the right physiotherapist and slot.

  • Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice on WhatsApp if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows may incur a fee — we’ll confirm the details when you book your first session.

  • Something you can move in. Shorts, leggings, a T-shirt. If we’re assessing running gait or a return-to-sport case, bring or wear the kit you actually train in — it changes what we can see.

  • You don’t need to prepare anything technical. Bring any recent scans or referrals if you have them, arrive ten minutes early, and expect a proper conversation before we lay a hand on you.

02 · Insurance & payment

Insurance & payment.

  • We work with most major private insurers in Singapore. Bring your insurance card on the day and we’ll issue an itemised receipt suitable for your claim. If you’re unsure whether your specific policy covers physiotherapy, message us on WhatsApp before your visit and we’ll confirm.

  • Medisave only applies to physiotherapy tied to a hospital admission, via an integrated shield plan — so it usually only comes into play for post-surgery rehabilitation. Outpatient physio for sports, spine, or general pain is not Medisave-claimable.

  • NETS, Visa, Mastercard, PayNow, GrabPay, and bank transfer. Payment is settled at the end of each session, and we hand you the receipt on the spot.

  • Yes — structured rehabilitation plans for cases that benefit from a defined arc rather than one-off visits. We only recommend a plan once we’ve assessed you, so nothing is prescribed on a hunch.

03 · Sessions & approach

Sessions & approach.

  • Initial assessments run 60 minutes so we can build the full picture properly. Follow-up sessions are 45 minutes and stay focused on the work we agreed on at your first visit.

  • Most cases see meaningful change within four to six sessions. Complex, chronic, or post-surgical cases take longer. We share an honest range after the first assessment — not before.

  • Both. Manual therapy where it helps, active loading where it changes the outcome. We’re movement-led rather than passive — hands are a tool, not the whole treatment.

  • Mild soreness in the day or two after is normal, especially in early sessions. Sharp pain, new symptoms, or anything that spooks you — message your physiotherapist directly on WhatsApp and we’ll adjust.

  • Yes — on-site physio days, ergonomic assessments, and injury triage for teams. See our page for companies for the full offering, or just message us with the shape of what you need.

If your question isn’t here, it’s worth asking us directly.

Still not sure?

WhatsApp goes straight to the front desk. We’ll answer honestly, flag whether physiotherapy is the right route, and only recommend a session if we think it’ll actually help.
