The approach
Phase 2
Protective · 0–4 weeks
Progressive strengthening. Movement re-training. Building the load tolerance the tissue needs. Reassessment and adjustment.
Phase 3
Return to load · 12+ weeks
Sport-specific or life-specific loading. Return-to-sport testing where relevant. Long-term maintenance plan.

Every phase,
personally coached.
Coordinated care
Post-op rehab is a slow craft. We keep the sessions one-on-one, hold your surgeon's protocol as the non-negotiable, and adjust the loading week by week — so you feel the progression, not the plateau.
From your first walk on crutches to the final return-to-load test. Same clinician. Whole recovery.
