How we work

We work as one practice — not a room of therapists sharing an address. Cases are discussed. Treatments are cross-referenced. Every patient benefits from the collective clinical depth of the room. Whoever you see, you're getting the practice.

Senior Physiotherapist

Lorrian Lim

BSc (HONS) in Physiotherapy – AMU · Dry Needling Certified – APA · Sports Taping Certified – PCT

“I strongly believe in empowering you with the knowledge and ensuring you understand the root cause of your injuries.”

Before joining The Rehab Lab Plus, Lorrian spent over five years in community hospital rehabilitation — working with the geriatric population across a broad range of conditions. That grounding taught her patience, precision, and how to progress a case without rushing it. Her experience extends beyond the clinic. She has covered pitch-side physiotherapy for soccer teams, which sharpened her ability to read acute injury and make decisions under pressure. At the heart of her practice is a deep curiosity about how the human body works — its mechanics, its patterns, its quirks. Understanding movement is what drew her into physiotherapy in the first place, and it still shapes every session she runs today. As a certified dry needling practitioner, Lorrian builds individualised treatment plans designed around one thing: getting you performing and recovering better. Her focus is movement-first. She teaches as she treats — because when you leave the studio, she wants you carrying a better understanding of your own body with you.

Senior Physiotherapist

Muhd Nash

BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy (Second Upper Honours) — SIT–TCD · Diploma in Physiotherapy — NYP · AHPC-registered (Singapore)

“I am passionate about helping people move better, recover faster, and return confidently to the activities they love by addressing the root cause of pain, not just the symptoms.”

Nash is a Senior Physiotherapist with over 11 years of clinical experience across Singapore's public and private healthcare systems. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physiotherapy — Second Upper Honours — from the Singapore Institute of Technology–Trinity College Dublin, and holds Full Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council of Singapore. His early career was rooted in community hospital work, where he managed a broad spectrum of neurological, orthopaedic, and geriatric cases. That period built the foundation of his practice: careful movement analysis, clinical patience, and a bias toward rehabilitation over quick fixes. Over time, his focus has evolved. Today, his clinical work sits squarely in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation — with a particular emphasis on helping people return to pain-free movement and an active lifestyle they can trust. That shift is personal as well as professional. Nash was a competitive middle-distance runner in an earlier chapter of his life, and he understands the physical and mental toll of recovering from injury. His treatment philosophy is anchored in one principle: identify the root cause of the pain, not just the symptom. He combines detailed movement assessment with hands-on therapy and progressive exercise — designed to deliver lasting recovery and lower the risk of recurrence.

Senior Physiotherapist

Tiffany Wong

BSc (First Class Hons) in Physiotherapy – MMU · Dry Needling Certified – APA · Sports Taping Certified – PCT · Official physiotherapist for Paralympic swimmer Yip Pin Xiu in Nara, Japan and Manchester, UK

“I've lived the rehab journey myself. My job is to get you back to what you love — better than before.”

Tiffany came to sports physiotherapy the long way round — as an ex-national tennis player. Her passion for the discipline was ignited not by a lecture, but by a lived experience of musculoskeletal injuries and the rehab journey out of them. That personal journey shaped her entire practice. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in Manchester, where she trained extensively in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. That international education gave her range — and a deep understanding of the intricacies of sports-related injuries that a textbook alone rarely delivers. Certified in dry needling, sports taping, and sports massage therapy, Tiffany brings a full toolkit to musculoskeletal care. She works across both acute and chronic injuries with the same discipline: careful assessment, targeted treatment, and a plan the patient can stick to. Her clinical work reflects her background. She develops personalised treatment plans that do more than shorten recovery time — they optimise athletic performance and protect musculoskeletal health over the long haul. The range of her patients is deliberately broad. She has worked with professional athletes and weekend recreational players alike, and she tailors her approach to whoever is in front of her. Whatever the level of sport, her goal is the same: refine athletic capacity and get you back to what you love, better than before.

Senior Physiotherapist

Muhd Hafashah

MSc. Older Person Rehabilitation (Ireland) · BSc (HONS) in Physiotherapy – TCD · Diploma in Physiotherapy – NYP

“I read the person, not just the injury. Meet you where you are, and move you forward from there.”

Shah is a physiotherapist with over a decade of experience across the arc of rehabilitation. He began his career in community-based rehabilitation, where the caseload was broad and the pace demanded that you learn to read patients quickly — what they need, what they can handle, and what they will actually do at home. That period built his practice. He worked closely with people across a wide range of presentations — musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic health issues — and developed the quiet, evidence-based, compassionate approach that still defines his sessions today. His commitment to development did not stop at the bedside. Driven by a belief in lifelong learning, Shah went back to school to pursue a Master's degree specialising in Older Person Rehabilitation. He stays actively informed on the latest advances in physiotherapy so what he delivers in the studio reflects current evidence, not last-decade textbooks. Outside the clinic, Shah plays football and hockey with friends and trains at the gym in his free time. That sporting life is not decorative — it directly informs how he thinks about movement, injury prevention, and recovery, and it puts him firmly on the same side of the table as anyone rehabbing an active injury. Ultimately, these two threads — clinical rigour and lived sporting experience — shape the practical, empathetic support he offers to patients recovering from injury or looking to improve their physical health for the long term.

Senior Physiotherapist

Leona Chong

BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy — MMU · GEMT Dry Needling

“Helping you recover, move better, and perform at your best. Stronger, safer, and confident in every step.”

Leona is an ex-competitive middle-distance runner and a lifelong football player — someone who has lived the physical highs and setbacks of sport firsthand. That experience is not a footnote in her practice; it is the reason she trained as a physiotherapist in the first place. Her own athletic journey shaped how she treats. She knows what it feels like to lose the ability to run, to sit out of a match, to grind through rehab in the hope of getting back. It made her committed to helping others recover, move better, and perform without hesitation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Manchester and built her early clinical experience across the NHS in the UK — in both inpatient and outpatient settings. In Singapore, she has since worked in a private hospital across all inpatient wards, as well as in private musculoskeletal clinics. That diverse background gives her range. She is comfortable across acute, sub-acute, and long-arc rehab cases, and she tailors treatment to the person in front of her, not the textbook next to her. Certified in dry needling and sports massage therapy, Leona's focus is on personalised, functional rehabilitation. Her goal is simple: help you bounce back stronger, prevent the next injury, and get you moving with confidence — in surgery recovery, on the pitch, or on the road.

Senior Sports Therapist

Raihan Rahim

Diploma in Sports Science · Certified Personal Trainer (10+ years) · Movement & Rehabilitation Specialist

“I want to create an awareness for sustainable lifestyles so people can be healthier and pain-free for a longer part of their lives.”

Raihan comes to sports therapy from over a decade of hands-on work as a personal trainer, layered onto a Diploma in Sports Science. That combination is deliberate — he sees the body as a system to train and rehabilitate, not one or the other. For Raihan, real health is more than a strong physique. It sits in the details: how you move, where you compensate, and what your body is telling you it needs. His broader mission is to shift how the fitness industry thinks about longevity. He is a vocal advocate for sustainable lifestyles that keep people healthy and pain-free for the long run — not for the next race or the next quarter. In session, that shows up as a blend of hands-on therapy and education. Every client gets a personalised plan built to optimise performance, accelerate recovery, and protect musculoskeletal health over time. The teaching piece is deliberate. Raihan wants clients to leave the treatment room with a better understanding of their own body — so the improvements last long after the session ends.
