About
The practitioner.
Before joining The Rehab Lab Plus, Lorrian spent over five years in community hospital rehabilitation — working with the geriatric population across a broad range of conditions. That grounding taught her patience, precision, and how to progress a case without rushing it.
Her experience extends beyond the clinic. She has covered pitch-side physiotherapy for soccer teams, which sharpened her ability to read acute injury and make decisions under pressure.
At the heart of her practice is a deep curiosity about how the human body works — its mechanics, its patterns, its quirks. Understanding movement is what drew her into physiotherapy in the first place, and it still shapes every session she runs today.
As a certified dry needling practitioner, Lorrian builds individualised treatment plans designed around one thing: getting you performing and recovering better. Her focus is movement-first. She teaches as she treats — because when you leave the studio, she wants you carrying a better understanding of your own body with you.

What
Lorrian
works on.
01
Knee pain
Anterior knee, meniscal irritation, patellofemoral load — assessed, off-loaded, and progressively rebuilt around your movement pattern.
03
Dry needling
Certified dry needling for targeted release of stubborn trigger points — sequenced alongside active rehab, not as a standalone fix.
Areas of practice
02
Ankle injuries
Sprains, chronic instability, and post-injury weakness — reconditioned with graded loading and return-to-sport testing.
04
Movement education
Teaching you what is driving your pain, and how to move so it stops coming back. Every session doubles as a lesson.
