About

The practitioner.

Shah is a physiotherapist with over a decade of experience across the arc of rehabilitation. He began his career in community-based rehabilitation, where the caseload was broad and the pace demanded that you learn to read patients quickly — what they need, what they can handle, and what they will actually do at home.

That period built his practice. He worked closely with people across a wide range of presentations — musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic health issues — and developed the quiet, evidence-based, compassionate approach that still defines his sessions today.

His commitment to development did not stop at the bedside. Driven by a belief in lifelong learning, Shah went back to school to pursue a Master's degree specialising in Older Person Rehabilitation. He stays actively informed on the latest advances in physiotherapy so what he delivers in the studio reflects current evidence, not last-decade textbooks.

Outside the clinic, Shah plays football and hockey with friends and trains at the gym in his free time. That sporting life is not decorative — it directly informs how he thinks about movement, injury prevention, and recovery, and it puts him firmly on the same side of the table as anyone rehabbing an active injury.

Ultimately, these two threads — clinical rigour and lived sporting experience — shape the practical, empathetic support he offers to patients recovering from injury or looking to improve their physical health for the long term.
