About
The practitioner.
Nash is a Senior Physiotherapist with over 11 years of clinical experience across Singapore's public and private healthcare systems. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physiotherapy — Second Upper Honours — from the Singapore Institute of Technology–Trinity College Dublin, and holds Full Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council of Singapore.
His early career was rooted in community hospital work, where he managed a broad spectrum of neurological, orthopaedic, and geriatric cases. That period built the foundation of his practice: careful movement analysis, clinical patience, and a bias toward rehabilitation over quick fixes.
Over time, his focus has evolved. Today, his clinical work sits squarely in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation — with a particular emphasis on helping people return to pain-free movement and an active lifestyle they can trust.
That shift is personal as well as professional. Nash was a competitive middle-distance runner in an earlier chapter of his life, and he understands the physical and mental toll of recovering from injury.
His treatment philosophy is anchored in one principle: identify the root cause of the pain, not just the symptom. He combines detailed movement assessment with hands-on therapy and progressive exercise — designed to deliver lasting recovery and lower the risk of recurrence.

Return to sports
Bridging rehab and readiness — objective testing, sport-specific loading, and a clear pathway back to full training.
Areas of practice
02
Rehab post surgery
Milestone-driven post-operative progression — from protection through capacity, guided by careful reassessment at every stage.
04
Running-related injuries
Runner’s knee, shin splints, plantar and Achilles cases. Gait, load, and mileage progression corrected together — not in isolation.
