About
The practitioner.
Raihan comes to sports therapy from over a decade of hands-on work as a personal trainer, layered onto a Diploma in Sports Science. That combination is deliberate — he sees the body as a system to train and rehabilitate, not one or the other.
For Raihan, real health is more than a strong physique. It sits in the details: how you move, where you compensate, and what your body is telling you it needs.
His broader mission is to shift how the fitness industry thinks about longevity. He is a vocal advocate for sustainable lifestyles that keep people healthy and pain-free for the long run — not for the next race or the next quarter.
In session, that shows up as a blend of hands-on therapy and education. Every client gets a personalised plan built to optimise performance, accelerate recovery, and protect musculoskeletal health over time.
The teaching piece is deliberate. Raihan wants clients to leave the treatment room with a better understanding of their own body — so the improvements last long after the session ends.

Manual therapy release
Targeted soft tissue and joint release — used to unlock movement, then reinforced with active rehab so the change sticks.
