About
The practitioner.
Tiffany came to sports physiotherapy the long way round — as an ex-national tennis player. Her passion for the discipline was ignited not by a lecture, but by a lived experience of musculoskeletal injuries and the rehab journey out of them. That personal journey shaped her entire practice.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in Manchester, where she trained extensively in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. That international education gave her range — and a deep understanding of the intricacies of sports-related injuries that a textbook alone rarely delivers.
Certified in dry needling, sports taping, and sports massage therapy, Tiffany brings a full toolkit to musculoskeletal care. She works across both acute and chronic injuries with the same discipline: careful assessment, targeted treatment, and a plan the patient can stick to.
Her clinical work reflects her background. She develops personalised treatment plans that do more than shorten recovery time — they optimise athletic performance and protect musculoskeletal health over the long haul.
The range of her patients is deliberately broad. She has worked with professional athletes and weekend recreational players alike, and she tailors her approach to whoever is in front of her. Whatever the level of sport, her goal is the same: refine athletic capacity and get you back to what you love, better than before.

Continuing professional development is part of the job. What's delivered in the studio reflects current evidence, not last-decade textbooks.
